The BIM production layer, explained.

This is the work your team can hand off and stop worrying about — modeled to your standard, coordinated in the model, and senior-reviewed before it ships. For each service below: what it is, how we run it, and exactly what you get back.

01

Disciplinary modeling

What you receive
  • Coordination-ready Revit model to your target LOD
  • Correct worksets, parameters and naming per your standard
  • Clean geometry — no duplicated or orphaned elements
  • A short walkthrough of how the model is organized
What it is

Architectural, structural and MEP/electrical models built to the level of detail (LOD) your project needs — clean geometry, correct parameters, and a structure that's ready to coordinate, not a model someone has to rebuild before it's usable.

How we run it

We model inside your environment — your Revit template, your worksets, your naming — starting from your BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and standards, never a generic template dropped on top. Repetitive volume (grids, levels, typical assemblies) is accelerated with our own Dynamo routines, so the model comes out faster and more consistent.

02

Documentation & drawings

What you receive
  • Issue-ready sheet set: plans, sections, details, schedules
  • Views and title blocks to your template
  • Model-linked schedules and quantities
  • Consistent annotation and tagging across the whole set
What it is

Production-ready drawing sets — plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and title blocks — generated from the model and your naming convention, so your drawings and your model never drift apart.

How we run it

We build sheets and views from your BEP and template, with schedules driven by model data so quantities update when the model does. Dynamo handles the repetitive setup — sheet creation, view placement, tagging — which is exactly where documentation normally eats the most hours.

03

BIM / MEP coordination & clash resolution

What you receive
  • Federated model with clash detection run
  • Triaged, prioritized clash report — real conflicts, not noise
  • Model-side conflicts resolved and tracked to closure
  • A coordination walkthrough of what changed and why
What it is

Multidiscipline coordination — architecture, structure and MEP — resolved in the model, so conflicts are caught and fixed before they ever reach the field as an expensive RFI or on-site rework.

How we run it

We federate the disciplinary models in Navisworks (or Autodesk Construction Cloud), run clash detection, and triage every clash — real conflict vs. tolerance noise. We don't just hand you a raw clash report: we resolve the model-side conflicts, track each issue to closure, and run coordination the way a coordinator would, not a checker running a script once.

04

Model QC & audit

What you receive
  • Ranked model-quality report, highest-impact issues first
  • Checks on parameters, worksets, naming and views
  • Optional cleanup pass to resolve the flagged issues
  • A short standard / checklist your team can reuse
What it is

A systematic quality pass on a model — yours or one you inherited — checking the things that quietly become RFIs later: parameters, worksets, naming, view discipline and overall model hygiene.

How we run it

We audit the model against your standard (or a sensible baseline if you don't have one written), score it, and produce a ranked issue list — highest-impact problems first. Where you want it, we fix them; where you'd rather keep it in-house, you get the roadmap and a checklist your team can reuse.

05

Dynamo & Python automation

What you receive
  • Custom Dynamo / Python scripts scoped to your bottleneck
  • Plain-language documentation for each script
  • Handover so your team can run and adapt them
  • Reusable across your future projects, not a one-off
What it is

Custom scripts that take the repetitive, error-prone volume off your team — sheet creation, tagging, QA checks, schedule generation, parameter sync — so the same work gets done faster and identically every time.

How we run it

We build automation on the same discipline we run our own studio with: scoped to a real bottleneck you actually have, documented in plain language, and handed over so your team can run and adjust it — not a black box only we can operate. Python (with IfcOpenShell for IFC workflows) covers what Dynamo can't.

06

Continuous BIM production

What you receive
  • A recurring block of modeling / documentation / QC capacity
  • One consistent standard across all your active projects
  • Capacity that scales with your pipeline
  • Senior review on every package, every month
What it is

An ongoing production partner across your active projects — a predictable block of modeling, documentation and QC capacity that scales up and down with your pipeline, instead of a one-project handoff.

How we run it

We plug into your standards once, then work as an extension of your team month to month: you route production work to us, we deliver to the same reviewed standard every time, and capacity flexes as projects start and close. The senior review on every package doesn't get skipped when things get busy.

Built on your environment: Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Python, Autodesk Construction Cloud / Procore. We work to your standards — not a template dropped on top. We don't currently support ArchiCAD or Tekla.
