Residential villa — full model
Modeled & documented in-house

Forma produces, coordinates and issues your BIM — with specialist precision and the speed of automation. The first conversation is free.
Modeling, documentation, coordination, QC — the production layer of BIM is where schedules slip and budgets bleed. It rarely needs your most senior people, yet it consumes them anyway.
Drawings fall behind. Clashes surface in the field instead of the model. A workset gets misnamed and three weeks later it's an RFI. The expensive part of a project isn't the design — it's everything required to deliver it cleanly.
Most firms either overload their own team or hand it to a generalist outsourcer and inherit the rework. There is a third option: a production studio that delivers to your standard and reviews every sheet before it leaves.
We start from your BEP, standards and schedule. We define exactly what we deliver, to what LOD, by when — in writing, before anything starts.
Disciplinary modeling, documentation and schedules built to your template — not ours. Automation handles the repetitive volume so the work is faster and consistent.
MEP and structural coordination with clash resolution, plus a systematic model-quality pass: parameters, worksets, naming, views. Issues caught in the model, not the field.
Senior review by our lead team on every package. You receive clean deliverables, documentation and a walkthrough — ready to issue.
Broad within the discipline. We plug into your standards and your tools, and deliver the production work your team doesn't have the hours for.
Architectural, structural and MEP/electrical modeling to your LOD and template. Built clean, built to coordinate.
Sheets, views, schedules and title blocks from your BEP and naming convention. Production-ready drawing sets, fast.
Multidiscipline coordination and clash resolution in the model — issues found and resolved before they reach the field.
A systematic quality pass on your model: parameters, worksets, naming, view discipline. A ranked issue report your team can act on.
Custom scripts that automate the repetitive volume — sheet creation, tagging, QA, schedules, parameter sync. Documented and reusable by your team.
An ongoing production partner across your active projects: monthly modeling, documentation and QC capacity that scales with your pipeline.
Tools: Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, Python, Autodesk Construction Cloud / Procore. We build on your environment and your standards — not a template dropped on top.
Forma isn't a body shop. Our team is led by Autodesk-certified BIM specialists with years of coordinating large, complex projects — internationally — and every deliverable gets a senior QC and final review before it leaves, from both the model side and the field side.
That standard is the same on a small documentation set and on a full multidiscipline coordination scope. The review doesn't get skipped when the schedule gets tight.
Automation is how we keep production fast and consistent without inflating headcount — we run our own studio on the same discipline. It is a means to a cleaner deliverable, never the pitch.

Forma is a team of Autodesk-certified BIM specialists with years of coordinating BIM on large, complex projects — including international work. Between us we've built libraries of Dynamo scripts and Python routines that automate hundreds of hours of production per quarter.
Every deliverable gets QC and final review before it ships — reviewed from both the model side and the field side, so we catch what model-only reviewers miss.
When a project needs full production volume, we scale with certified colleagues — the best talent in Costa Rica — delivering to US project standards. That is how we keep fair fixed scopes without cutting the quality of review.
Production BIM: disciplinary modeling, documentation and drawing sets, MEP/structural coordination and clash resolution, model QC, and Dynamo/Python automation. We work to your BEP, standards and template — and review every package before it ships.
Every engagement starts with a short call to understand the project. We then define deliverables, LOD and timeline in writing before anything starts — fixed scope, no surprise invoices. Pricing is set per project once scope is clear.
Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks and Python. For IFC workflows we use IfcOpenShell. For firms on Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore, we work inside your existing environment. We do not currently support ArchiCAD or Tekla.
Yes. Documentation work includes BEP-aligned sheet structure, view naming and workset discipline. If you need a BEP authored first, we scope that as a separate deliverable.
A modeler builds manually. We deliver a coordinated, QC'd, documented package to your standard — and the automation we build is reusable by your team, not a one-off. Every deliverable gets senior review before it leaves.
Yes. Our primary market is the US mid-market, fully remote, plus Costa Rica and LATAM. The combination of certified senior review and CR cost is what makes fair fixed scopes possible.
